Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic finance team in a well-established London-based company. You’ll take ownership of credit control activities and play a key role in managing customer accounts and improving cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chase outstanding debt via phone and email

• Monitor and manage aged debt reports

• Resolve queries and negotiate payment plans if needed

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers

• Prepare regular cash collection forecasts
