Credit Controller

SALARY:

£31,900 + up to £6,500 annual bonus (paid quarterly)

Ealing, West London (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a high-performing team in West London. You’ll be responsible for managing the credit control process for around 600 active customer accounts. Skills/experience required:

• Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships
• Confident handling disputes and resolving payment issues
• Accurate data entry and CRM management skills
• Comfortable processing cheque and credit card payments

Main responsibilities:

• Minimise debt over 60 days through effective collection activities
• Manage and support relationships for approximately 600 active accounts
• Process incoming customer payments accurately
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records
• Liaise with customers, internal sales teams, and branches to resolve disputes and queries
