Are you an experienced Credit Controller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building strong customer relationships? Our client a leading paper manufacturing company in Sittingbourne seeking a confident and proactive Credit Controller to join their dynamic finance team.

As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing and reducing outstanding debts, ensuring prompt payment from clients, and maintaining strong working relationships with both customers and internal teams. This is a vital role in supporting the company's cash flow and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales ledger and chasing outstanding payments
• Resolving invoice queries and ensuring disputes are handled promptly
• Monitoring customer credit limits and assessing credit risk
• Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
• Preparing weekly and monthly debtor reports for management

About You:

• Proven experience in a Credit Control role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident working with accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
