Credit Controller

Grafton Banks Finance are working with a successful and growing business in Grays, Essex helping to recruit a Credit Controller on a full time permanent basis.

The successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the receipt of funds are reconciled within agreed timeframes and any unallocated cash items identified and queried.
• Assist with the reconciliation of accounts to markets and clients, as the need arises,
• Ensure all outstanding accounts are chased appropriately.
• Raise issues where necessary for resolution or direction in line with set policies and procedures.
• Collect and monitor any funded balances.
• Ensure that all processes are being completed on a timely and accurate basis.
• Resolve queries promptly and efficiently, in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Develop positive relationships.

The successful candidate will need to have IT literacy in Word, Excel, and Email. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit finance team in an exciting period of growth.
