Description

• Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and client accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and proactively follow up.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial and credit reports to management.
• Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
• Recommend strategies to minimise credit risk while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Support the accounting and finance team with additional administrative duties as required.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Experience in credit control or a related field within accounting and finance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
