Credit Controller

• Annual leave ranging from 24 to 30 days, depending on tenure and company policy

• Manage and process returns and warranty claims efficiently and accurately
• Monitor and chase outstanding debts to ensure timely collection
• Maintain and update financial ledgers with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies

• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and identify trends
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and resolution
