Credit Controller

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a travel business based in the heart of London to source a Credit Controller who can take responsibility and manage an independent ledger.

Duties

• Responsible for the full credit control and debt collection process.
• Reduce historical debt and queries.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
• Ensuring all money received is allocated within agreed time frame
• Setting up of new direct debits
• Recording & reconciliation of all cash returns
• Resolve query transactions
• Preparation of paperwork required and supporting back up for refunds and write offs.
• Regular contact with internal stakeholders.
• Proof of debt forms are submitted and completed.
• Reconciliation and maintenance of multiple ledgers
• Ad-hoc reporting and other duties as required

Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience in a Credit Control position
• Strong communication skills

Salary + additional information:

• £33,000 - £36,000 DOE
• 3 days in the office - 2 days from home
