Description

• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Identify overdue accounts and initiate appropriate actions for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment queries.
• Prepare and distribute regular account statements to clients.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to improve credit control processes.
• Support the preparation of financial reports related to credit control activities.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining firm credit control practices.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, in particular.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using SAGE.
• A good understanding of accounting principles and credit control processes.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
