Job Title: Sales Ledger/Credit Control (Customer Service Experience needed only)

About The Job:
As a key team member within the Credit Control team (team of 3) you'll play a key role in:

• Ensuring that all payments are allocated accordingly, and any debit balances are investigated.
• Keeping track of outstanding balances
• Ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
• Contacting customers via phone, email, or letters to collect overdue payments
• Performing a monthly reconciliation and debtor report
• Preparing regular vehicle debtor reports to be sent to the sites
