Credit Controller

Reed Accountancy is delighted to be working exclusively with a reputable business in Elland, currently seeking a Credit Controller to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for hybrid working following a successful probation period.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Credit Control or possess a foundational understanding of finance gained from a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage your own ledger of accounts, plan calls and emails
• Build rapport and develop relationships with customers
• Reconcile payments
• Manage the collection of monies owed to the company
• Follow specified processes if deadlines have been missed or payment has not been made

You will need to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in credit control/basic knowledge
• Experience within a finance role
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
