Credit Controller

The Credit Controller is a crucial team member in the Accounting & Finance Department, tasked with managing the recovery of outstanding payments from clients and improving cash flow. The role will also involve maintaining client relationships and ensuring the financial health of our rapidly growing Property business.

Description

• Manage the collection of outstanding payments from clients
• Improve cash flow by implementing effective credit control strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial health
• Prepare monthly reports on credit control activities
• Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes
• Update and maintain accurate client account records
• Comply with all regulatory standards and company policies

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of credit control procedures and debtor management
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
