As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a vital role in managing client accounts, reducing aged debt, and ensuring timely invoice payments. Working within a dynamic finance team, you’ll help maintain smooth operations while building meaningful relationships across internal teams and with clients.

• Managing client accounts to ensure prompt payments

• Following up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and letter

• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing queries

• Assisting with payment allocation and reconciliations

• Preparing debt reports and supporting month/year-end close

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records

• Escalating high-risk accounts when needed

• At least 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) at grade 4/C or above

• Experience or understanding of credit control/accounts receivable

• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Ideally, you’ll be studying or planning to study CICM or a similar qualification (supported)
