Credit Controller

Your new role
As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing the company's sales ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You'll play a key role in improving cash flow and reducing aged debt, while working closely with internal teams to resolve queries and disputes.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role, with a confident and professional approach to customer communication. You'll bring:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)
• A proactive and resilient attitude
