Credit Controller

In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of the credit control function, managing a portfolio of key accounts while helping to optimise cash flow and minimise risk. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end credit control process
• Monitor aged debt and reduce debtor days
• Liaise with customers to ensure timely payment
• Set and review credit limits in line with company policy
• Work with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment queries
• Produce regular reports for senior management
• Support month-end close and reconciliations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Credit Control role (ideally in a senior capacity)
• AAT Level 3 qualified or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Confident using accounting software and Excel
