Credit Controller responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices through phone, email, or written communication.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for internal review.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer queries related to payments.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:
