Credit Controller

Credit Controller required!

Birmingham | Permanent | Up to £32k (DOE)

Love talking to people, solving problems, and making sure the numbers add up? We're looking for a Credit Controller to join our Birmingham team - someone who can keep cash flowing, build great relationships with clients, and take pride in keeping ledgers squeaky clean.

• Chasing overdue invoices (in a friendly but firm way).
• Keeping accounts up to date and spotting issues before they snowball.
• Building rapport with clients - you'll be the "go-to" for payment queries.
• Producing debtor reports so everyone knows what's what.
• Working with the wider team to keep things running smoothly.

• Some experience in credit control or a finance role.
• Confidence on the phone and great people skills.
• Organised, detail-driven and not afraid to chase when needed.
• Happy using Excel and finance systems (training given if needed).
• A positive, can-do attitude - with a bit of persistence thrown in!
