Description

The Credit Controller duties will include:

• Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and payment issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on credit status for senior management.
• Review and assess credit risk for new and existing clients.
• Implement and monitor credit policies in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in credit control practices.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have the following experience/qualities:

• Proven experience in credit control or a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of finance systems and practices within the retail sector.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
