As an experienced Credit Controller, you will take the full responsibility of the sales ledger, being pro active with your approach, whilst adding value as new processes and procedures are welcome!

This role is integral to the business, working closely with the Director and Revenue Team to drive growth. If you have experience in collections, banking, or debt collecting, particularly in a B2C environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being pro active and confident communicator over the phone and email when speaking with consumers and building client relationships. Chasing debt via telephone, email, and letter
• Being extremely organised; updating monthly aged debtor reports, monitoring debtor balances and setting up payment plans, updating monthly aged debtor reports
