Credit Controller

As a Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing the company's debtors ledger, ensuring timely payments from customers and maintaining strong working relationships to support the financial health of the business.

Description

• Proactively chase outstanding payments by phone and email

• Allocate incoming payments accurately

• Monitor customer accounts and manage credit limits

• Resolve queries and disputes in a professional and timely manner

• Issue monthly statements and follow-up reminders

• Liaise with internal teams to support query resolution and customer service

• Prepare aged debt reports for management review

• Assist with month-end processes and reporting

Profile

• Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Professional and customer-focused approach

Job Offer

• Salary from £28k - £30k DOE
• Bonus - every March, bonus profit share scheme
• Full time office
• Hours 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Holidays 25 days plus BH
