Credit Controller

Alexander Lloyd are hiring for a - Credit Controller - Full-Time, Permanent position based in Horsham (Office-Based)Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 + Rotational Saturdays

We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-paced team handling collections, payments, and customer queries. You'll manage the full credit control process, set up payment plans, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years' experience in credit control or collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Detail-focused, resilient, and target-driven

Benefits:

• £500 bonus after probation
• Up to £30k DOE
• Overtime paid at time and a half
