Credit Controller

A financial services organisation based in north Bristol is currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team.

Duties will include:

* Regular review of debtor credit limits

* Chasing overdue debt over telephone and email

* Monitoring policies to ensure adequate limits are in place

* Assist clients with the running and understanding of their facility

* Meeting set KPI’s

* Ensure client records are kept up to date

* Attendance at Portfolio meetings as required

Previous credit control experience is essential. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
