Description

Manage and maintain accurate client accounts, ensuring timely payments.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure resolution.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare and distribute client statements and invoices as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing issues.
Provide regular updates and reports on account statuses to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all credit control activities.

A successful Credit Controller should have:
