Job description:
We are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our team on a 15-month basis, supporting the team in cash collection and account management.
Your Day-to-Day

Contact customers for all soon to be due and overdue items, following up on communications frequently
Adhere to established collection procedures, using initiative and flexibility to achieve targeted expectations/results while promoting customer goodwill
Ensure that customer queries are resolved promptly and accurately within SLA
Develop and maintain harmonious and effective working relationships with all customers, departmental colleagues, sales and customer services personnel and make visits to resolve problems and promote cooperation
Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct
