Description

• Manage and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments from German-speaking clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare credit reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to improve credit control processes.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures in line with Retail industry standards.
• Assist in setting credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness.
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller (German Speaking) should have:

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, alongside strong English communication skills.
• Experience in credit control or a similar role within Accounting & Finance.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel for reporting and reconciliations.
