£36,000 + target related bonus of £5000 - £10,000 pa, paid monthly

Working for a large IT company as part of a Credit function of 15.

• Managing your own multicurrency ledger of 700-1000 live accounts with a monthly value of £7-10million
• Chasing payment for to outstanding invoices
• Managing incoming customer queries ensuring resolution
• Liaising with internal partners to assist with query resolution.
• Keeping detailed records of chasing actions
• Reconciliation of statements and client accounts
• Flexibility to transition from manual collection processes into a more automated collection package
• Working to cash collection and customer contact targets

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years Credit Control/Collections experience required. This role will not suit experienced credit controllers
• It is a collections focused role that is target orientated
• Able to work with a solution oriented approach to the Collection process
• Excellent customer service skills internally and to external clients
• Experience of working on a large system such as SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach
• Problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box
• Ability and experience of working to collection targets
• Self-motivator while actively participating in a team environment.
