Credit Controller – Leicester (with 1 day/week travel to Grantham) | Growing Manufacturing Business

BTG is partnering with a modern, forward-thinking manufacturing organisation that is expanding rapidly. We are looking for a highly organised and resilient Credit Controller to take charge of the company’s credit control function.

This role is based in Leicester, with travel to the Grantham office once a week. Car-sharing options are available for those needing transport.

Your role will include: ?? Processing sales and commercial invoices, and raising proformas

?? Allocating cash to customer accounts and posting receipts
?? Assisting with bank reconciliations
?? Communicating with customers regarding payments and resolving queries
?? Liaising with internal teams on credit-related issues
?? Setting up customer accounts and defining credit terms
?? Producing monthly statements and reports
?? Handling ad hoc finance tasks to support the department

What we’re looking for: ? Previous experience in Credit Control within a fast-paced environment

? Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
? Excellent communication skills – professional and confident in liaising with customers
? Good IT skills, including Excel proficiency
? Experience with Sage and customer payment portals (an advantage)
? Knowledge of invoice factoring and/or credit insurance (desirable)
