Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant

Our lovely client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly and established accounts team.

• Based in Leatherhead
• £32,000 - £35,000 salary (DOE)
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
• Option to work 4 days, flexible on what day (salary would be pro rata)
• Office based

Job Description:

• Managing the collection process for outstanding payments, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of funds.
• Collaborating in the development and distribution of budget documents for financial planning and management.
• Preparing and reconciling financial reports at the end of the financial year to ensure accurate financial records.
• Analysing and reviewing financial reports to ensure smooth integration.
• Responding to telephone calls and addressing enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Person Specification:

• Good all round accounts and administration is essential, especially within Credit Control.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in basic numerical tasks, is crucial.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in using Word, Excel, and financial management software.
• Strong communication skills.
