The Role:

You'll be managing a varied caseload of motor recovery claims, both pre- and post-litigation, across small claims, fast-track, and multi-track matters. You'll work closely with a collaborative team and have direct client contact from day one.

? What We're Looking For:

0-2 years' experience in litigation, ideally with a focus on claimant motor or recovery work

Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to case management

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Confidence in client communication and relationship building
