I’m working with my client, a leading legal services provider, and I’m looking for an experienced Credit Hire Supervisor to join their esteemed team in Liverpool.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with supervisory or management experience in a legal, claims handling, or insurance setting—ideally with a strong credit hire background—who’s looking to step into a key leadership role.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of credit hire handlers, overseeing complex and high-value cases, and ensuring performance, compliance, and service standards are met. Your role will involve mentoring and supporting your team, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid supervisory or management experience in credit hire, claims, or legal services
• Strong understanding of motor claims, litigation, and credit hire processes
• Great leadership and coaching skills
• Confidence managing client relationships and resolving issues
• The ability to juggle a busy caseload and meet deadlines
