Defendant Motor Injury Supervisor - Birmingham - £45,000 DOE

My client is looking to recruit an Credit Hire Supervisor to join their team in Birmingham. Salary is £45,000 DOE

In this role you will be supervising your own small team of junior fee earners, your teams caseload will consist of fast track and multi track Credit Hire files. In the role you will be ensuring that your teams caseload is running smoothly. You'll manage a smaller caseload of your own to keep your litigation skills sharp where you can have the pick of the files you wish to take on.

This newly created role has come about due to the firms continued growth and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a supervisory role while maintaining a quality caseload of their own. You wouldn't need previous experience managing a team to be considered.
