My client, a leading UK insurance litigation firm with a strong national reputation, is continuing its strategic expansion in Scotland throughout 2025. As part of this ongoing growth, they are now looking to appoint a solicitor to join their Glasgow team – a team that has seen consistent development and investment over the past 12 months and is poised for further success.

This role is part of a planned expansion and not a replacement – a clear sign of the firm’s commitment to developing its Scottish presence. You will handle a varied and challenging caseload of defendant personal injury matters, including RTA, credit hire, and suspected fraud claims. You’ll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced environment that offers plenty of scope to progress your litigation skills.

Given the nature of the work, experience across the Scottish court system is essential, along with a proven ability to manage litigation files confidently and independently. You’ll be part of a supportive and well-resourced team with access to quality training, national clients, and hybrid working arrangements.
