Recoveries Manager
London (Hybrid)

This role is with an FCA and PRA Regulated Bank, specialising in business lending with a range of asset, wholesale finance and mortgage products.

The overarching aim for this hire will be to minimise losses, through credit risk management of the Recoveries exposures portfolio, ultimately reporting to 2nd line.

The role:
Recommending the appropriate action/steps, including distressed debt restructurings, insolvency appointments, litigation procedures
Lead customer relationships
Work with key stakeholders
Follow the Bank's conduct and compliance requirements

What we are looking for:
Relevant Banking Experience
Experience in Recovery roles
Strong analytical capacity
Confident interpersonal skills and leadership attributes
