Credit Team Leader

A fantastic, unique opportunity in now available for a confident and outgoing person. This national company are searching for a new Credit Team Leader. Expanding rapidly over 2 years, they looking for an individual to come in and be the point of call for the Claims Team.

The successful candidate will have phenomenal communication skills, to manage internal and external stakeholders, but also display experience within a managerial position. Within this role you will be responsible for a sizeable team, clearing unallocated claims and manage queries. You will support with hitting KPIs as well as challenging/streamlining processes.

As a Credit Team Leader you will be working within a sociable, supportive team where you will contribute to the success of a dynamic business.

Skills required

• Proven experience working in a high-pressured environment, in a similar role where you have managed a small team and demonstrated the ability to implement change.
• Great experience within query resolution and management of key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you work within a fantastic team but also with the wider business.
• Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
