Credit/Billing Controller

We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their high performing finance team at their Head Office in Hinckley, this is a full time permanent position.We are delighted to be working exclusively with a large successful service provider with offices across the UK.

Our client is looking for someone with finance administration experience and more importantly someone with the right attitude to their work, a willingness to learn and grow with the business and ultimately be a real team player.

Typical duties will include:

• Running the billing process for local authority and private clients
• Producing monthly customer statements
• Consolidated billing
• Sales invoicing
• Collections
• Payment allocations and chasing
• Dealing with customers via phone letter and email
• Adhoc accounts administration

Ideal candidates:

• Have experience working in a fast paced accounting administration position
• Previously worked with large volumes of invoices
• Have a "can do" approach and is a team player
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills , accounting software and Excel
