Experience: NQ+ | 2–3 PQE preferred

About the Role: You’ll become part of a highly experienced, collaborative department known for excellence in Criminal Defence. The team includes seasoned advocates, skilled litigators, a qualifying legal executive, and a trainee - a well-rounded structure with succession planning at its core.

This role will both fill an existing vacancy and support continued growth. We welcome applications from:

• Solicitors with 2–3 years’ PQE
• Newly Qualified candidates with a strong interest in criminal defence

Duty accreditation is preferred but not essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
• Experience or strong interest in Criminal Defence, Legal Aid, and Court Advocacy
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and case management skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services
