Job Description - Crime Solicitor

Role Overview:
A top tier, award-winning firm (highly ranked in criminal and human rights law) is seeking Crime Solicitors to join its expanding team in Manchester, or London and Oxford. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll handle a wide range of criminal defence cases, such as serious crime, fraud and politically sensitive matters within a supportive and collegiate culture.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

Trainees/SQE candidates nearing qualification, newly qualified or duty qualified solicitors
Previous criminal defence experience or genuine interest in this area
Strong academic record
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Commitment to access to justice for all
Higher Rights of Audience advantageous (but not essential)
