BRAND NEW CRM SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT OPPORTUNITY IN CHESTER - HYBRID WORKING

• Salary up to £70,000 p/a plus great benefits

• We're looking for true CRM experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and others, working in a client facing position
• Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
• 4 day working week

Our client is a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy, trusted by mid-market and enterprise businesses to lead some of the most complex CRM and commercial change programmes in the UK. They specialise in replacing fragmented, legacy systems with scalable, integrated platforms that deliver operational clarity and real commercial outcomes.

As they expand to support increasingly technical projects, they're now looking for a Solutions Architect to lead the design and architecture of integrated systems across CRM and broader technology stacks.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT ROLE:

As a Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for shaping the technical architecture of client solutions post-sale, leading discovery sessions, mapping systems and data flows, and ensuring designs are scalable, robust, and aligned with commercial goals.

You'll also contribute to pre-sales scoping for complex engagements, working closely with delivery and consulting teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and long-term success. This is a consultative, client-facing role - perfect for someone who excels at translating ambiguity into actionable technical plans.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role
• Strong background in post-sale system design and integration architecture
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), ERP, or operational systems
• Expertise in data modelling, APIs, middleware orchestration, and integration governance
• Skilled in producing technical artefacts using Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercially aware, delivery-conscious, and structured in approach
