They have stores dotted across the UK, IR & US and they are continuing to invest heavily in their eCommerce channel. They are the go-to destination if you love beauty!About the Role:Execute their CRM strategy, working closely with their Senior CRM Manager, to improve loyalty metrics and retention.Develop and optimise CRM campaigns from start to finish.Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Creative and Merch teams, to create impactful campaigns and identify opportunities.Lead data-driven activation plans and work closely with their brand partners.Manage and develop a CRM Assistant.Analyse customer behaviour to maximise spend and retention and turn insights into actions that drive growth.Propose new ideas to boost customer retention and present confidently to stakeholders.About You:+2 years working in CRM, in a fast-paced retail/beauty brand.Strong ESP experience - Klaviyo, Optimove, Emarsys, Salesforce etc.Hands on implementation experience, including segmentation.Excellent stakeholder management experience and ability to build strong relationships.Technical Acumen - promo building tools, analytics tools etc.Proactive and curious - seeking new areas for opportunityA team player and confident presenting to stakeholdersExperience working with loyalty programmes would be a bonus!Benefits:25 days annual leave + BHPension SchemeBrand Discounts - up to 50%Sample SalesVitality Private Medical InsuranceFlexible WorkingBrand TrainingTeam/Social EventsApply now or send your CV directly to
