CRM Data Administrator 📍 Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire 💼 Full-time | Permanent 💰 Good salary 🚫 STRICTLY NO RECRUITMENT AGENCIES We are looking for a CRM Data Administrator to join our team and play an important role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our sales database, while providing valuable support to our sales and marketing functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, exceptionally detail-focused and confident on the telephone, with a genuine can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership of their work. About the role A key responsibility will be taking ownership of our data cleansing activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales database remains accurate, up to date and useful to the wider business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Taking ownership of regular data cleansing and database maintenance. * Reviewing records and identifying outdated, inaccurate or duplicate information. * Updating and maintaining contact information within our sales database. * Making outbound calls to organisations to establish the correct contacts for specific departments. * Accurately recording new information and maintaining the integrity of our database. * Running targeted mailshots to specific groups of clients and prospects. * Supporting our sales and marketing teams with database and administrative tasks. * Providing general office and administrative support. * Managing your own workload and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. What we're looking for We are looking for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and understands that getting the detail right is essential. You will ideally have: * Previous experience in a data, administration, CRM or database-related role. * Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. * A clear, confident and professional telephone manner. * The ability to make numerous outbound calls comfortably and professionally. * Good organisational and time-management skills. * Experience working with a CRM or database would be advantageous. * The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. * A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to get involved. * The ability to identify problems, use initiative and find solutions. * A conscientious and reliable approach to your work.
