CRM Developer - Derbyshire

We are looking for a CRM Developer to join a well-established hospitality company. You will drive innovation and deliver engaging, high-performing campaigns across a diverse brand of portfolios.

What You'll Do:

• Build dynamic email templates and automation journeys across email, web, app, and loyalty channels using Braze and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the CRM and Digital teams to implement high-quality, data-driven campaigns that retain customers and increase lifetime value.
• Develop and optimise CRM capabilities, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and excellent customer experience.
• Support ongoing integration of new channels, troubleshoot issues, and enhance platform functionality.
• Ensure campaigns are mobile-first, responsive, and GDPR-compliant, with strong QA processes and analytics insight.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in CRM development, ideally with Braze or similar platforms.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS/SASS, SQL, JS/JQuery, and comfortable with additional languages (e.g. Ruby, Python).
• Strong understanding of CDPs, segmentation, personalisation, and multichannel CRM strategies.
• A proactive, agile mindset with a knack for turning complex challenges into scalable solutions.
