You'll be part of a high-performing, vibrant 20-person marketing team, working alongside a supportive Senior CRM Manager, CRM Manager and fellow CRM specialists.

The role:

This role is all about shaping and enhancing the company’s communication strategy through creative and engaging campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns that align with tight deadlines
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including engagement and conversion rates
• Enhance existing customer communications to boost performance and engagement
• Assist with data segmentation to ensure campaigns are accurately targeted
• Collaborate with the design team to build visually compelling email campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing and provide insights to optimise future campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in email marketing
• A solid understanding of email marketing and customer journey mapping
• Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytical tools
