Job Description - CRM Executive

About 7 Days Performance

7 Days Performance is a fast-growing prize competition brand offering exciting opportunities to win dream homes, cars, luxury goods, and cash prizes. As one of the fastest-growing competition platforms in the UK, we’re looking to appoint a CRM Exec to drive revenue and increase customer retention from our existing customer base using Lifecycle marketing and automation.

 

Overview

We’re looking for a CRM Executive to help build, maintain, and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS, and push — primarily using Klaviyo.

This is a hands-on, executional role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, technical confidence in CRM tools, and a data-first mindset. You’ll support the delivery of lifecycle automations that drive repeat engagement, product discovery, and subscription growth — and you’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data to ensure our communications are timely, relevant, and effective.

You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, run tests, report on performance, and improve journeys — while supported by the broader team on planning and execution.

●      Build and maintain lifecycle flows in Klaviyo — including welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, win-back, and churn risk journeys.

●      Apply segmentation and event logic to ensure flows are triggered accurately and personalised appropriately.

●      Monitor automation performance and support in diagnosing issues, making updates, and reporting results.

●      Contribute to a testing roadmap — building and tracking A/B tests and holdouts to improve lifecycle effectiveness.

●      Collaborate with the wider Marketing and Product teams to launch new lifecycle campaigns or touchpoints.

●      Support subscription-specific flows — such as pay-as-you-go conversion, churn risk automations, and cancellation win-backs.

●      Support wider CRM team with executing campaigns and reporting.

●      Stay familiar with Klaviyo’s capabilities and CRM best practices, and share ideas for improvement.

What You'll Bring

●      Experience working with CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred, or similar).

●      Ability to confidently build and QA campaigns, and manage audience segmentation.

●      Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset — you’re comfortable looking at and presenting performance data and suggesting changes.

●      Proactive and organised — you take initiative, manage your workload effectively, and communicate clearly.

●      Experience running or supporting A/B tests and reporting on lifecycle performance.
