Your new role

As a CRM Executive, your focus will be on delivering personalised and meaningful customer experiences through our online channels. You will be responsible for building targeted email and SMS campaigns and assisting senior CRM executives in determining campaign strategy. You will also assess data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns in order to make improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for the regular reporting of data and the tracking of key metrics.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need a genuine passion for and interest in marketing with a desire to build a career in CRM. Experience in a Junior CRM/Marketing role is desired and a good working understanding of at least one CRM system is preferable. Your enthusiasm and personable nature will enable you to work effectively as a part of the CRM team.
