We have partnered with a national conglomerate in the hospitality industry that is looking for a CRM Lead to manage their central expertise team.

THE ROLE
As the CRM Lead, you will be at the forefront of adopting the Braze CRM platform and elevating its capabilities. Leading a team of 2, you will support 16 internal brands across various projects. This is the perfect opportunity for a CRM Lead with a strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proficient with HTML, CSS, SQL, and Liquid.
Experience managing teams.
Experience in ESPs & CDPs.
Experienced delivering multiple CRM campaigns.
