Forward Role is partnering with a well-established, family-owned global leader in premium home décor to recruit a CRM Manager.

Home to some of the industry’s most iconic brands including, Laura Ashley, Joules, and Next,  this company has recently invested in cutting-edge e-commerce technology and a state-of-the-art Customer Data Platform, giving you everything you need to thrive in your role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted, behaviour-driven CRM campaigns to grow and engage customer segments
• Manage customer data segmentation to identify key audiences and personalise communications effectively
• Manage one direct report and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align CRM activity with broader business goals
• Monitor performance, report on key CRM metrics, and optimise campaigns using data-driven insights
• Own CRM planning and decision-making across weekly, monthly, and annual cycles, ensuring accurate, on-brand communications

What you will need:

• Proven ability to manage customer data or email marketing platforms (e.g. ESP or CDP)
• Skilled in building and executing targeted CRM strategies based on customer behaviour and segmentation
• Leadership experience is advantageous but not essential
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, results-focused environment
• Confident in making strategic decisions and contributing to overall CRM direction
