Your new role

You will be responsible for developing and executing impactful CRM campaigns, using personalisation in order to grow customer engagement and contribute to company growth targets. Additionally, you will build the value of our customer database through effective CRM and data management.

What you'll need to succeed

• A genuine passion for understanding our customers and the desire to deliver to high standards
• Experience in CRM management/Senior CRM executive roles
• Proven track record of leading, developing and scaling CRM projects for customer and commercial benefit
• Compliance awareness and working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices
