Job Description - CRM Manager

CRM Manager - Huddersfield - Hybrid (3/2 split) - up to £42k

The Company

Oscar Digital have partnered with a marketing services agency looking to increase their client base in the UK. They are looking to connect various brands and consumers through their products, and their aim is to help their clients drive employee loyalty, along with customer loyalty.

They have a client portfolio of over 3,000 household names, and are looking for a CRM Manager to help manage their client and customer relationships. They are truly on a mission to completely transform engagement and loyalty industry.

The Role

As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimisation of customer relationship management strategies. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure efficient engagement with customers and providing them with personalised, relevant experiences at every touchpoint.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to create a CRM strategy aimed at enhancing acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value, ensuring alignment with the broader Customer Success Strategy.
  • Take ownership of the customer communication lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions for new subscribers through onboarding, encouraging early usage, and fostering ongoing engagement.
  • Manage automated customer journeys
  • Partner with marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns that drive acquisition and improve conversion rates. Work closely with design teams to ensure campaigns are creative, on-brand, visually appealing, and consistent across all channels.
  • Leverage data and customer segmentation to tailor journeys for greater personalisation and relevance.

The Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior CRM role.
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, personalisation strategies, and lifecycle marketing.
