A successful and growing business in Cardiff have created a new role for a CRM and Marketing Manager.
The company provides has a diverse a range of services and have customers across a range of sectors, operating throughout the UK. As they continue to grow, this role is crucial to ensure internal systems are used correctly and optimised.
CRM Manager job description
Understand the capacity of the CRM system and how its use can impact the business. This could relate to internal KPI setting and performance analysis through to digital marketing activities and lead generation/follow through.
Responsible for integrating data from various sources into the system to track services and for business development purposes.
Ensure that all users and equipped to use the system correctly to maintain accuracy and reliability. This could be through informal training and troubleshooting.
Develop workflow procedures to ensure consistency of services to clients.
Work with senior leadership team to develop and implement reports, focusing on clients, services provided and business development efforts, to provide insight into business performance.
Marketing
Responsible for additional marketing activities such as event planning, content creation, website updates, social media etc.
CRM Manager person specification
Excellent technical IT skills with the ability to understand and use a CRM system quickly.
Strong people skills, able to explain the benefits of the CRM system to colleagues.
Able to work independently in a standalone role.
Understand how internal activities impact on marketing and business development opportunities.
An excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to really take over a blank canvas. This would suit a candidate who is able to work autonomously and provide feedback to senior colleagues as to what needs to be done, then able to go ahead and do it!
