A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products – spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists.
In 2025, HeliosX helped treat over 1.7 million patients worldwide. We reached £781m in revenue, delivering +337% year-on-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. In 2025 our weight-loss treatments helped our patients lose 8.5 million kilograms of excess weight; contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. The Opportunity
The CRM Manager will be overseeing all CRM efforts and KPIs for our German expansion at HeliosX. This is a critical role for us as we begin our international expansion into mainland Europe.

What you'll do
- Localise CRM campaigns for the German market, own and co-ordinate a calendar of triggered & non-triggered campaigns for MedExpress Germany
- Strategic application of market and competitive insights to improve customer engagement and retention
- Develop and execute experiments which drive meaningful KPI improvements
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the business such as Product, Creative, Operations, Clinical and Analytics teams to improve our multichannel CRM programmes in Germany
- Own and deliver the CRM calendar for Germany, to achieve CRM and retention targets in Germany
- Build campaigns using HTML
- Manage and execute customer journeys using HeliosX customer engagement tool (Braze). Channels include email & SMS
- Devise, implement and report on key CRM initiatives
- Optimise and maintain the transactional suite of communications
- Leverage the available data and segmentation to better understand our customers and identify areas of opportunity.
- Work closely with Analytics and Engineering to unlock data required to power personalisation and upselling
- Continually optimise campaigns through testing
- Take responsibility for the NPS, survey and review strategy for Germany
What you'll bring to HeliosX
- 2+ years of CRM marketing experience
- Fluent German speaker
- Braze experience required (or with a similar enterprise level platform)
- Delivering automated CRM lifecycle initiatives from initial strategy through to production/delivery and analysis.
- Using BI tools to drive insights and actions.
- Localising CRM programmes for different audiences
- A data-driven decision maker and commercially astute
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Keen to be hands-on and heavily involved in execution
