A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager to join our Marketing team with a long standing Event and Hospitality organisation in the East Midlands.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the CRM Manager will play a key role in leading and delivering the end to end Customer Strategy and targeted Customer Marketing Campaigns across their various verticals. This role requires a high level of collaboration with the broader Marketing and Ecommerce and Data Insight teams to help deliver the wider Group Marketing Strategy for the business.
As CRM Manager, you will have an opportunity to lead on exciting CRM and Digital Marketing projects, inspire and champion 2 x CRM Execs and be a key member of the CRM Marketing team, ultimately helping the business to push forward with the evolution of their CRM Marketing Strategies, Tailored Customer Communications and customer acquisition.
Skills and Experience needed.
Shaping and building all aspects of the company's CRM strategy
Working with the Insight lead to utilise data within the customer database to gain insights that can be applied to drive the business, and analysing data to seek out new opportunities to target loyal customers with relevant, inspiring content
Using the Customer Strategy in order to drive both retention and acquisition and to improve customer data capture and Customer Lifetime Value
Producing weekly reports for internal senior leadership team's weekly meetings
Managing direct reports - 2 x CRM Execs
Responsibility for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining the company’s Email Marketing Strategy to drive sales
Various CRM platform experience accepted
